One-time Electricity Fee Added

The participation fee is $25.00 for each 6 ft table requested for the conference. This fee includes both days of the conference:

  • Friday, May 14, 2021 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Saturday, May 15, 2021, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

If electricity is desired, than an additional $25.00 is required. Just choose this option during the selection process. NOTE: This one-time charge option will be reflected as a "SETUP" fee at checkout.

Note: Meals are not provided as part of the vendor participation fee; however, we invite our vendors to participate in our Saturday, May 15, 2021, luncheon and/or banquet to not only hear our guest speakers, but to network with our conference attendees. If you would like to join us for either the luncheon or banquet or both, then you will find these as separate items to add to your cart.

Vendor can set up either on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm or Friday, May 14, 2021 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
